Uploaded by the author, Heart Smart is a Windows based nutrition program that keeps track of calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, sodium and cholesterol in your diet. There is a 900 item modifiable food list in the program and the capability to preview and print your weekly menus. 

This new version features all the time menus, drag and drop, RDA graphics, shopping list, weight graph, and much more. The program can be used by those on an AHA, ADA, low cholesterol, low sodium, low fat, and low calorie diets.

To install, run the included INSTALL.EXE

To run, launch: HSMART.EXE or click on the Windows icon.
